Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Print-on-Demand Nature

Because all products at Ember Anime Studios are print-on-demand, each item is uniquely manufactured for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer鈥檚 remorse or change of mind.

  • Incorrect size or design selection.

  • Shipping address errors provided at checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect design, contact us at contact@emberanimestudios.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Required: Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: Approved claims will receive a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

3. Order Cancellations & Legal Removals

As outlined in our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to remove products from our store at any time due to intellectual property (IP) updates or DMCA compliance.

  • Pre-Fulfillment Removal: If a product is removed from our catalog after you have placed an order but before it has been printed, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately.

  • Post-Fulfillment: Once an item has entered production or has been shipped, the sale is final, regardless of whether that specific design remains available for purchase on the website.

4. Shipping & Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Address Errors: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Disputes: If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service. Ember Anime Studios is not liable for theft or carrier errors once a package is marked as delivered.

5. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by their local government.

  • Refused Packages: Refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs processing.

6. Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
