Thank you for shopping with Ember Anime Studios. Because all of our products are print-on-demand, each item is made specifically for your order before shipping. This allows us to offer unique designs while maintaining high-quality production standards.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time includes production and packaging but does not include shipping transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
United States: We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.
International: Shipping costs for orders outside the US are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, we partner with multiple specialized production centers. Because of this, items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. If your order is split, you will receive multiple tracking numbers via email so you can follow each package’s journey. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged extra for these separate shipments!
Estimated delivery times after production:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak shipping periods.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost/Stolen: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at contact@emberanimestudios.com.
Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
